Process Management

A project execution team shall be established based on the progress of the project. It has been engaged in the responsibility system of project manager and the project engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up shall be appropriately overlapped and optimally integrated. International advanced project management technology and project management platforms and software have been adopted to implement the all-round management and control of project HSE, quality, contract, progress & schedule, costs, materials, documents management and other aspects. It is committed to providing high-quality projects for the maximization of clients’ investment benefits.

Work programs shall be subject to consolidation into the application software through the Project Management Platform (ProjectZOO). Various data from project management professional software shall be integrated into the project management platform for display, summary, tracking, and analysis, which shall promote the digitization and intelligence of project management and provide decision-making support for project process management as well.

Based on the application of information technologies such as cloud computing and big data, the Project Centralized Management and Control Platform (ProjectZOO) integrates with various professional management software such as P6, Marian, and Documentum, as well as the company intranet portals, mobile office systems, electronic signature systems, etc. It forms the information platform architecture of the intelligent engineering company together with the intelligent collaborative engineering design platform, digital business management platform, and network engineering cloud platform.

It has incorporated the QHSE management system into the entire process of engineering design, procurement, and construction. Seamless integration between system management and project implementation has been achieved.

Standardized engineering design, procurement, and modular construction management methods have been applied. Methods such as plant deep prefabrication, centralized pressure of heat exchangers and valves, and on-site supervision of key equipment have been adopted. Besides, the first sample and exemplary project engineering activities have been made into institutionalized system, which can effectively improve the project quality and efficiency of project construction.
