Sinopec Guangzhou (Luoyang) Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company), founded in October 1956, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd., with its former names as Fushun Design Institute of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, No.2 Petroleum Refining Design & Research Institute of China Petroleum Ministry, Luoyang Petroleum Refining Design & Research Institute / SINOPEC, Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation / SINOPEC and Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd. At present, the company has grown into a high-tech enterprise in the energy and chemical industry, serving both as process licensor and EPC project contractor. Moreover, it holds the National Comprehensive Class A Design qualification certificate, Project Engineering Consulting Class A Credit, Pressure Pipelines and Vessels Engineering Design licenses and other qualifications and certificates. It is recognized as a high-tech enterprise and national enterprise technology center.
