Our History

In 1956, Fushun Design Institute of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry was established.

In 1979, it was renamed as No.2 Petroleum Refining Design & Research Institute of the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemical Industry.

In 1984, it was renamed as Luoyang Petroleum Refining Design & Research Institute / SINOPEC.

In 1985, it was reorganized into Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation / SINOPEC.

In 2012, it was restructured into Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd.

In 2021, it was reorganized into Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd.
