The management sequence consists of 3 levels and 8 types of positions. The technical sequence includes the general disciplines sub-sequence, the engineering technology sub-sequence, and the project management sub-sequence. The general disciplines sub-sequence and the engineering technology sub-sequence respectively consist of 3 levels and 9 types of positions, and the project management sub-sequence consists of 3 levels and 6 types of positions. All kinds of talents can be promoted vertically according to the position sequence, but also horizontally adjust to other sequences based on the position selection conditions and procedures.
