Engineering Design

As the core competitiveness of the company, we have 900 experienced engineers with 24 engineering design disciplines, which are in line with international common practices in terms of engineering design procedures, methods, organization, and standards. Two collaborative engineering design production lines namely "COMOS+PDMS" and "SmartPlant" have been established. The data-driven, process oriented, and integrated information during data transmission and documents entrustment processes among various disciplines have been achieved. Therefore, the on-time project execution rate has remained above 90%.

Our company adheres to the continuous optimization of the engineering design workflow and professional division of disciplines, strengthening engineering design cost control, comprehensively promoting standardized and modular engineering design. In addition, the Company has ranked among the top in the domestic industry in terms of integration ability for large-scale integrated refining and chemical projects, overall plant-wide engineering design ability, collaborative design ability and digital delivery ability.

The aspects in terms of overall refining/chemical process, system project engineering, hydrogen system, multi operating steam system, project environmental protection measures integration, regional resource integration and allocation, energy conservation, emission reduction and carbon reduction have been optimized through the performances of various refining structure adjustment projects, new large-scale refining and coalification integration projects, chemical integration projects, and industrial park chain planning. A unique regional and plant-wide integration technology has been formed.
