Social Responsibility

We see our employees as the main driving force for growth and treat staff care as the key to sustainable development. Over the years, we care about our employees and insist on carrying out activities such as employee assistance, health examination, holiday greetings and so on. We practice the concept of "Happy Work and Healthy Life" by organizing various recreational and team-building activities, and enrich the cultural life of employees by funding the sports associations of the company to carry out more activities.

We focus on targeted poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation, and consumption poverty alleviation to promote local economic development. We help many villages out of poverty, such as Henan Miaowan Village, Guizhou Shaluo Village, and Hainan Hongfeng Village. We also provide education assistance to Anhui Yexi Petrochemical Middle School. Moreover, we actively participate in charity donation, community services, afforestation activities and other public services by spontaneous donations and voluntary services.
