Expert Team from Tianhe Middle School Visits Yexi Petrochemical Middle School for Collaborative Research

From April 17 to 19, the company organized an inaugural visit of an expert team from Guangzhou Tianhe Middle School to Yexi Petrochemical Middle School in Anhui Province for research and collaborative development activities. Centered on exchanging educational philosophies and teaching experiences, the event featured demonstration lessons, classroom evaluations, sharing of teaching and management expertise, and the establishment of a "sister school" partnership with tailored support, demonstrating the social responsibility of a central state-owned enterprise through concrete actions.

During the collaboration, Ye Xinhua, Principal of Yexi Petrochemical Middle School, elaborated on the school’s operations, management strategies, and developmental challenges. He highlighted significant improvements in facilities and educational quality since the company’s pairing assistance initiative began, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the Tianhe Middle School delegation. Zeng Jianhui, Party Secretary of Tianhe Middle School, commended the vibrant spirit of Yexi’s teachers and students and praised the company’s dedicated efforts in school development. He offered guidance on institutional design, safety, classroom management, pedagogical frameworks, environmental education, and quality enhancement. Emphasizing the "sister school" bond, Zeng pledged to leverage Tianhe’s accumulated educational resources to share expertise, address challenges, and tailor strategies to elevate Yexi’s teaching capabilities and overall faculty-student development.

In the academic exchange segment, Tianhe’s elite teachers delivered two dynamic classes to Yexi students. Through innovative instructional designs, adaptable methodologies, and concise explanations, they engaged students in hands-on learning, application, creativity, and reflection, leaving participants with lasting insights. The team also observed local teachers’ classes, conducted detailed evaluations, shared best practices, and delivered a lecture titled “Under the Name of Education, Promoting the Reality of Growth”, focusing on ninth-grade graduation class management. School leaders and teachers from Yexi unanimously hailed the exchanges as profoundly beneficial.
