On March 10, the 30% model review for the tank farm section of the Algeria Hassi Project, constructed under the company's EPC contract, was successfully completed. This achievement not only demonstrates the steady improvement of the company's design capabilities in international engineering but also lays a solid foundation for the project's on-schedule advancement.
During the week-long intensive review process, the owner’s team and the consortium worked closely together, maintaining full communication. The review covered aspects such as process flow, equipment layout, piping design, structural design, health and environmental protection, and fire safety. Specialized models for piping, equipment, electrical systems, automation controls, and structures were thoroughly examined. To ensure rigor and efficiency, both parties conducted simulation analyses on different design options and performed comparative evaluations of key technical indicators. This comprehensive, multi-angle approach verified the feasibility and rationality of the design solutions. Through the joint efforts of all stakeholders, the 30% model review for the tank farm section was successfully concluded, creating favorable conditions for subsequent design and construction phases.
Currently, preparations for the model review of the project’s building units have been fully launched. All disciplines are actively collaborating, conducting in-depth analyses and discussions on design solutions to ensure the accuracy and rationality of model deliverables.
