On September 5, representatives from the General Manager's Office and the Youth League at the Luoyang base visited Miaowan Village in San Tun Town, Ruyang County, Henan Province, to distribute the 2024 Educational Revitalization Grants to local youths accepted into university. After verifying acceptance notifications, it was confirmed that seven high school graduates from Miaowan Village were admitted this year—two to bachelor's programs and five to associate degree programs. During discussions with beneficiaries and student representatives, Wang Yuming outlined the purpose and guidelines of the grant program, offering encouragement and blessings to the students. He urged them to seize learning opportunities and achieve outstanding results for the benefit of their hometown and society.

     Since 2021, the company has established special funds for economically disadvantaged students in Miaowan Village, providing financial support to those entering university. To date, 28 youths from the village have benefited from this initiative.
