On April 24, entrusted by the Leading Party Group Organization Department of Sinopec, GPEC held an enlarged meeting of its leading body and announced the decision of the Sinopec Leading Party Group on the adjustment of the leading body of GPEC: Comrade Zhang Fan will serve as deputy general manager, chief engineer and Party Committee member of GPEC.   

The meeting was presided over by Comrade Han Weiguo and Comrade Yang Hongbin read out the decision on Comrade Zhang Fan's appointment. The members of GPEC leading body and heads of various departments attended the meeting in Guangzhou and Luoyang.
