On November 22, construction was started for the EPC project of 1 MTA continuous reformer combined plant of Changling Refining and Chemical Company. Present at the kick-off ceremony were Luo Xin, deputy general manager of Changling Refining and Chemical and staff of the reformer project management, Liu Hui, deputy general manager of the Company, and personnel from Changling Design Institute, Yueyang Fangyuan Supervision, Luoyang Petrochemical Supervision and construction entities.

It is a large-scale industrial plant to be built by the Company using a new generation of localized complete set of technologies for continuous reformer. After completion and operation, it will further optimize the production structure of Changling Refinery and increase the output of gasoline and benzene products.
