From Fushun to Luoyang, from Luoyang to Guangzhou, innovation has always been rooted into our blood. From domestic to overseas, globalization has always guided our development orientation. Over the past 70 years, the company has adhered to our country’s needs as our initial aspiration for unremitting efforts, and has completed the engineering design and construction of more than 5,000 large and medium-sized projects with high quality in the energy and chemical industry. It has pioneered a number of “China’s Firsts” and “World’s Firsts”. The company has successfully developed its unique brand engineering technologies in the fields of petroleum refining, aromatics, oil and gas storage and transportation, modern coal chemical industry, environmental protection and energy conservation, new energy and many other fields, and has grown into the main force of for the strengthening, optimization and expansion of China's refining capacity. Moreover, based on the implementation of projects such as Aromatics Complex Project and Deep Oil Processing Project for Kazakhstan's Atyrau Refinery, Kuwait Al-Zour New Refinery, Hengyi (Brunei) Petrochemical Project etc., it has also gone abroad and established close harmonious cooperative relations with clients, contractors, process licensors and equipment suppliers to create national new business image of refining and chemical engineering technology and to promote the development of the local economic and social development.
In the past 70 years, we have not only undertaken and completed a number of major engineering design and construction projects in the energy and chemical industry, but also trained a team of highly skilled and recognized experts represented by Chen Junwu, an academician of the CAS, and the national engineering survey and design masters. Moreover, the "Enterprise Talent Thriving Strategy” shall be implemented to deepen the construction of talent growth channels, continuously increase the selection and appointment of experts at all levels, and focus on promoting the orderly succession of leading expert teams.
